In this intermediate volleyball program, youth will learn basic skills like serving, passing, setting, spiking, and blocking. Get some insight on Game strategy to understand offense and defense systems. At the same time, Focusing on court awareness, positioning, and creating offensive opportunities. While working on teamwork and communication to build and enhance synchronization between players during rallies and rotations. 

Volleyball is also great for helping build agility, strength, and endurance in a fast-paced game
